How much does UK delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders over £20. Orders under £20 ship for a flat £5.99. There are no other delivery charges, surcharges or handling fees added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Your order arrives within 8 days of being placed - dispatch and delivery included. We email you when the parcel is on its way.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

No. We deliver everywhere in the United Kingdom, and nowhere else at the moment.

How long do personalised items take?

Personalised items take one extra working day before dispatch. Everything else in the same order is held and sent together.

What if my delivery has not arrived?

Email hello@thepackingcubeco.co.uk with your order number and a real person will chase it. If it cannot be found, our 100% money-back guarantee covers you for a full refund - see the returns page.
