What to include when you email
Two things make a reply useful first time: your order number if you already have one, and a sentence on what you are trying to fit into what. Sizing questions in particular are much easier to answer well when we know the bag - a 40x20x25cm underseat case and a 90-litre hold suitcase need very different answers, and we would rather ask nothing and get it right than send you a generic list.

The Packing Cube Co. is a small UK business, not a call centre. The same handful of people pick the orders, write the guides and answer the inbox, which is why we can tell you what actually fits in a cabin bag rather than reading you a spec sheet. How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same working day. We answer Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Anything sent over the weekend is picked up first thing Monday.
Do you have a phone number?
No, and that is deliberate. Everything goes through hello@thepackingcubeco.co.uk so there is a written record of your order, your question and what we promised - which matters far more than a hold queue when something needs chasing.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. The Packing Cube Co. is an online-only business with no retail premises, so there is nowhere to come and see the cubes in person. We ship everywhere in the United Kingdom instead, and the 30-day money-back guarantee exists precisely so you can judge them at home without risk.
Can you help me choose the right set?
Yes, and it is the question we most enjoy. Tell us the bag you are packing into, how many people are sharing it and roughly how long the trip is. A 40x20x25cm underseat case and a family hold suitcase need completely different answers, so the more you tell us the better the recommendation.
How do I chase an order?
Email us with your order number and we will chase it the same working day. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, and arrive within 8 days of being placed, so if you are inside that window it is most likely still in transit.
How do I start a return?
Email your order number and we send you a prepaid return label, so returning something costs you nothing. You have 30 days from delivery and the refund lands within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us. Full details are on the returns page.
